Corrections come first
If a figure on this site is wrong, that is the message we most want to receive. Send the page address, the exact sentence at issue, and wherever possible a link to the document that contradicts it.
Factual errors are corrected in place, the affected section is marked, and the source-check date on the page is updated. We do not edit quietly and leave the timestamp untouched, because a correction nobody can see is not a correction.

What this inbox cannot help with
We are a publication, not the casino. We have no access to any player account, no ability to release a withdrawal, no view of a verification queue and no influence over a bonus decision.
If a balance is stuck or an account is restricted, the operator’s own support and complaints route is the only path that leads anywhere, and the escalation ladder is laid out on our account troubleshooting page. Sending us the details will not move it, and we would rather say that plainly than let anyone wait on a reply that cannot help.
