Golisimo cashback, condition by condition 6.9/10

Guide By Niall Brennan Aug 19, 2026

Golisimo runs two casino rebates: a daily one worth 3% to 15% but locked to VIP levels 2 to 5, and a weekly live rebate of 25% up to €200 that is void unless requested on Monday. Both clear at 1x. Our score: 6.9/10.

Fifteen percent of a day’s net casino losses, capped at €400, is the best rebate Golisimo publishes, and almost nobody is eligible for it. The daily scheme starts at VIP level 2 and the top rate sits at level 5, with no published route between the two. That gap is why this page lands at 6.9/10.

Two separate cashback schemes run on the casino side, and they behave nothing alike. One is automatic once a player opts in, credited every morning at a fixed hour. The other is handed over only on request, within one working day of each week, or it disappears. Both carry the lightest wagering on the site.

Everything below comes from the operator’s own promotion feed, pulled on 27 October 2026, cross-checked clause by clause against the operator’s terms, version 1.12, last updated on 19 August 2026 (1). Where a figure is not published, that is stated rather than guessed.

Cashback at a glance

Golisimo runs a tiered daily rebate for VIP levels 2 to 5 and a flat weekly rebate on live-dealer losses for everybody. The quick numbers:

  • Daily cashback rates: 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% by VIP level
  • Daily caps: €100 to €400
  • Daily credit time: 04:00 UTC
  • Minimum daily payout: €1
  • Live cashback: 25% of net weekly live losses
  • Live cashback ceiling: €200, floor €5
  • Wagering on both: 1x
  • Live rebate request: Monday, 06:00 until 23:59 UTC
  • Our score: 6.9/10

The wagering figure is the headline positive and it is not a small one. Deposit bonuses at this casino clear at 35x or 40x; the rebates clear at 1x. More on what that difference actually means further down.

Both schemes are casino-side only, both are credited in the account currency, and neither is combinable with anything else running on the balance at the same time. Accounts hold euros or US dollars and nothing else, so a crypto depositor whose coin was converted on arrival receives the rebate in the converted currency rather than back in coin. That is not a complaint, just a detail worth knowing before anyone works out a rebate in satoshis.

Two schemes, not one

Golisimo splits rebates by where the loss happened, which is unusual enough to cause confusion. Losses in the slots and table-game lobby feed the daily VIP scheme. Losses at live-dealer tables feed a separate weekly scheme with its own ceiling, its own floor and its own claim procedure.

Neither one tops the other up. A player who loses €500 across slots on Tuesday and €500 at a live roulette table on Wednesday has generated two unrelated entitlements, under two sets of rules, arriving at two different times, and one of those two will never arrive at all unless it is requested.

There is no third scheme covering the sportsbook on these pages. Golisimo does publish sport promotions, including a sport cashback, but those sit outside the casino programme this site covers and carry different terms entirely.

The daily cashback tiers

The daily tiers run from 3% at VIP level 2 to 15% at level 5, and level 1 gets nothing at all. Both the percentage and the cash ceiling climb together, so the top tier is worth five times the entry tier on rate and four times on cap.

VIP levelDaily rateDaily maximumMinimum payoutPublished route to this level
Level 1No daily cashbackNoneNoneStarting level
Level 23%€100€1Not published
Level 35%€200€1Not published
Level 410%€300€1Not published
Level 515%€400€1Not published

That last column is the honest problem with the whole table. The percentages are published to the decimal of a percent, the caps are published to the euro, and the qualification criteria are published nowhere. An account holder reading the promotion page can work out precisely what level 4 would pay without being able to find out what level 4 costs.

Every new account opens at level 1, so for a first-time depositor the daily rebate is not a slow offer or a small offer. It does not exist. The VIP page sets out how the tiers are earned as far as the operator describes it, which is not far.

How the daily figure is worked out

The daily rebate is calculated from total real-money bets minus real winnings in casino games during that calendar day, with bonus funds excluded from both sides of the sum. In plain terms it is a percentage of net loss, not a percentage of turnover, which is the more generous of the two standard formulas.

The exclusion of bonus funds matters more than it sounds. A session funded largely by an active welcome bonus generates far less rebate than the balance movement suggests, because only the real-money portion of the stakes counts and only real winnings are deducted. Someone working through a 35x requirement is, for rebate purposes, barely playing.

The €1 floor then bites at the bottom end. At 3%, a day’s net casino loss has to clear €33.33 before the rebate reaches a payable euro, so a level 2 player having a quiet evening gets nothing rather than a few cents. At 15% the equivalent threshold is €6.67, which is a far more realistic bar.

Credit lands at 04:00 UTC for the previous day. One payment, once, per day.

Worth noting what the net-loss basis does not do. It does not reward turnover, so a player who grinds €4,000 of stakes through a low-volatility slot and finishes the day €40 down generates a rebate on the €40, not on the €4,000. Schemes built on turnover pay the grinder and schemes built on net loss pay the unlucky, and Golisimo has chosen the second. For most recreational players that is the better deal, though it does mean a profitable day pays nothing at all, which is obvious in principle and still faintly annoying in practice.

Opting in, and the four-week reset

Opt-in is manual and it happens on the promotion page, not in the account settings, which is the first of several places this offer asks for an action rather than giving one. Without that opt-in a qualifying player at level 4 accrues nothing, however heavy the losses.

The enrolment is not permanent either. It resets every four weeks, and the operator re-enrols players who are active at the point of the reset automatically. The wording of the promotion terms makes activity the condition for automatic re-enrolment, which means the players most likely to be dropped are the ones who took a fortnight off.

We read that clause twice before accepting it. It is a reasonable housekeeping rule for the operator and a quiet trap for anyone who plays in bursts.

The 25% live cashback

The live scheme pays 25% of a week’s netted losses on live-dealer games, up to €200, with a €5 minimum and the same 1x wagering, and it is open to every account regardless of VIP level. On rate alone it is the best rebate on the site, better than level 5’s daily 15%, and it is the only one a level 1 player can touch.

The qualifying week runs Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 UTC. Losses are netted across the whole week rather than day by day, so a Wednesday win genuinely reduces what a Saturday loss generates, which is a tighter formula than the daily scheme uses.

The €200 ceiling is reached once the week’s netted live losses pass €800. Above that figure the percentage stops meaning anything: a player down €2,000 over a week at the live tables receives the same €200 as a player down €800, which is an effective rate of 10% rather than 25%.

And then there is the part nobody reads until it is too late.

Claiming inside the Monday window

The live rebate has to be requested by hand, through live chat or by email, on the Monday following the qualifying week, at any point between 06:00 and 23:59 UTC. There is no automatic credit. An entitlement that is not asked for inside those hours is void, and the terms give no retrospective claim route.

Eighteen hours. Once a week. For a promotion whose name implies it simply happens.

The practical consequences stack up quickly. A player in Ireland or Austria who works Mondays has a window that opens at 07:00 or 08:00 local time and shuts before midnight, which is survivable with a calendar reminder and hopeless without one. A player who had a heavy Saturday and then did not log in until Tuesday has lost the lot. The support channel is a Zendesk widget with a 24/7 claim attached, plus [email protected] for email, so the mechanism itself is available throughout the window (1). Nothing about the design is hostile, exactly; it simply assumes a level of attention that recreational players do not give a promotions page.

Two clocks on one page, UTC for promotions and GMT for the finance desk, happen to coincide for most of the year, though they diverge whenever British summer time is in force. The terms quote them as written and so do we.

What a losing week returns

A week of real losses returns less than the percentages suggest once the daily caps and the daily reset are applied. The table below spreads each weekly net loss evenly across seven days, because the daily scheme measures each calendar day on its own and resets at 04:00 UTC.

Net casino loss that weekPer dayVIP 2 at 3%VIP 3 at 5%VIP 4 at 10%VIP 5 at 15%
€140€20Nothing, under the €1 floor€7€14€21
€700€100€21€35€70€105
€7,000€1,000€210€350€700€1,050
€35,000€5,000€700, capped€1,400, capped€2,100, capped€2,800, capped

Read the top row first, because it describes most people. A €20 daily net loss produces three cents short of a euro at the entry tier, which the €1 minimum turns into zero, seven days running. The same week at level 5 returns €21. The scheme is built for volume and makes no pretence otherwise.

Now read the bottom row, which describes almost nobody. The caps start doing the work there. At €5,000 of net loss a day, level 2 earns €150 on the percentage and receives €100, so the effective rate drops to 2%. Level 5 earns €750 and receives €400, an effective 8% rather than 15%. Every tier’s headline rate is really a rate up to a threshold, and the threshold is €3,333 of daily loss at level 2 and €2,667 at level 5.

Those are our calculations from the operator’s published percentages, not figures Golisimo prints. The arithmetic is simple enough to check by hand.

Stretch the middle row across a month and the scale becomes clearer again. A player averaging €100 of net casino loss a day for thirty days collects €90 at level 2, €150 at level 3, €300 at level 4 and €450 at level 5, having lost €3,000 to get there. Against the €2,500 headline on the welcome package those monthly figures look modest, but they arrive at 1x instead of 35x and they do not expire in ten days, which is a trade most people would take.

Why 1x wagering is the real win

The 1x requirement on both rebates is the genuinely good news on this page, and it deserves to be stated without hedging. Cashback credited at Golisimo has to be turned over once before it can be withdrawn. Once. Not thirty-five times, not forty.

OfferWageringTurnover on €100 credited
Daily and live cashback1x€100
Crypto weekly and weekend reloads30x€3,000
Welcome package cash35x€3,500 on deposit plus bonus
Free-spin winnings40x€4,000

The third column is the whole argument. A €100 rebate asks for €100 of play; a €100 bonus from the welcome package asks for thousands, and the welcome figure is calculated on deposit plus bonus together, so the real number is higher again. Our wagering requirements guide works through that maths in general terms.

Light wagering also changes the risk profile of accepting the offer at all. A 35x bonus locks a balance into a ten-day sprint during which a withdrawal request voids the lot, whereas a rebate at 1x is close to cash with a formality attached. For a player who mainly wants their money back out, that distinction is worth more than a bigger headline percentage.

One caveat belongs here rather than in the small print. The site-wide rule requiring a deposit to be staked at least once ahead of any withdrawal applies regardless (1), so the 1x on cashback is not a shortcut around it, merely an unusually low bar of its own.

Breaching that rule carries a real price. Withdraw before the balance has been turned over once and the operator may void winnings and retain 10% of the last deposit, rising to 15% where the deposit arrived by bank card or bank transfer (1). A rebate clearing at 1x is therefore the cheapest way to satisfy a requirement that would otherwise cost a slice of the deposit, which is a small structural advantage nobody advertises.

The VIP gate underneath it all

The daily scheme is a VIP benefit first and a cashback offer second, which is why the published rates matter less than the unpublished thresholds. Five levels exist. Cashback appears as a named perk from level 3 upward in the VIP tables, while the promotion terms extend the daily rebate down to level 2.

How an account moves up is described in one clause and quantified in none. Clause 6.12 sets the level from activity over the previous 90 calendar days and from the ratio of deposits, withdrawals and bonuses taken, and a calendar month without a single bet drops the account to the lowest level (1). So a level 4 player who takes a quiet month returns to the tier with no rebate at all, and the 10% that was worth €300 a day becomes nothing.

No deposit figure, no turnover figure and no timeframe for promotion are published anywhere we looked, including the VIP page, the promotion feed and the full terms. That is an unusual thing to leave out of a loyalty programme whose entire value is tiered.

It also means the daily rebate cannot be planned for. A player can plan around a published 35x requirement, because the number is knowable in advance. A rebate that depends on an unpublished tier assessment over a rolling 90-day window is a benefit that arrives, or does not, on the operator’s reading of its own criteria.

Verdict: condition first

Below VIP level 2 the daily rebate does not exist, and level 1 is where every account starts, which is most of why this sits at 6.9/10. The second condition is the Monday window on the live scheme, where a 25% entitlement survives only if somebody remembers to ask for it. Meet both conditions and the offers are genuinely good; miss either and there is nothing on the table.

What earns the score: 1x wagering, a net-loss rather than turnover basis, a €1 minimum that is low by any standard, rates reaching 15% daily and 25% weekly, and terms that are published in enough detail to be checked. The percentages are better than most offshore rebate schemes we read.

What holds it down: the level 1 exclusion, the unpublished qualification criteria, the four-week opt-in reset, the manual live claim, and the daily caps that quietly halve the effective rate for anyone losing enough to care about them.

The scheme suits a steady mid-stakes casino player who logs in most days, has held an account long enough to sit above the entry tier, and keeps a Monday reminder for the live rebate. It does not suit occasional players, bonus-chasers whose stakes come from bonus funds, or anyone who plays live tables in bursts and reads promotional email on Wednesdays. Players who recognise themselves in neither description should treat the rebates as a small refund that may or may not appear, and size their budget as though neither existed.

Activation, and how cashback is lost

Credited cashback still has to be activated in the My Bonuses section of the account before it expires, and an unactivated rebate is forfeited. This is the third separate action the programme requires, after the opt-in and the Monday request, and it is the one most likely to be missed because the money is already visibly in the account by then.

So the full chain for a level 3 player runs: enrol on the promotions screen, play, wait for the overnight credit, activate the credited amount in My Bonuses, turn it over once, then withdraw. Six steps for a rebate that averages a few euros a day at that tier.

The expiry period for an unactivated cashback credit is not published in the promotion terms we read. Golisimo publishes expiry windows elsewhere, including the 7-day life of free spins and the 10-day wagering clock on the welcome package, so the omission here is conspicuous rather than typical. We would check the balance daily rather than assume a generous grace period.

What does not generate a rebate

Four categories of play produce no cashback, and three of them catch people out. Bets funded from bonus balances are excluded from the daily calculation entirely, which removes most of the activity of anyone working through a welcome or reload offer.

  • Bonus-funded stakes do not count toward the daily net-loss sum, on either side of it.
  • Live-dealer losses sit outside the daily scheme and belong to the weekly one instead.
  • Slot and table losses are correspondingly outside the live scheme, so they cannot be claimed on a Monday.
  • Sportsbook losses fall under separate sport promotions that this casino-side page does not cover.

The split between the two schemes is the detail most worth internalising, because a player who assumes one pooled rebate will under-claim one of them. Losses do not aggregate across the casino and live-casino lobbies for rebate purposes, even though they sit in one wallet.

Crypto reloads are not rebates

The crypto reload offers are match bonuses rather than cashback, and they are listed here only to keep the categories straight. A reload pays a percentage of a new deposit; a rebate returns a share of what was lost. They are funded differently, cleared differently and valued differently.

The crypto weekly reload runs at 60% up to 1,000 USDT, roughly €880, and the weekend version at 75% up to 750 USDT, around €660, both at 30x wagering. Those are real offers with real value for crypto depositors, but a 30x requirement puts them in a different category from a 1x rebate, and conflating the two overstates what the cashback programme is worth. The full line-up sits on the rest of the bonus programme.

Getting cashback off the account

Clearing 1x is the easy part; the withdrawal ceilings are what decide how fast rebate money actually leaves. Golisimo caps withdrawals by VIP level, and the entry tier sits at €500 a day and €7,000 a month (1), which is comfortable for cashback-sized sums and restrictive for anything larger sitting alongside them.

Three withdrawal requests can be pending at once, no more, and the finance desk works 06:00 to 17:00 GMT from Monday to Friday, with processing promised inside three business days of the request. A Friday-evening request on a rebate is realistically a Tuesday payment. The detail of the ceilings, the under-rollover penalty and the €5 monthly inactivity charge after 180 days of no login is set out in what the terms allow on withdrawals.

One interaction is worth flagging. A minimum of €20 of wagering in the calendar month of a withdrawal request is required (1), so a player who collects a small rebate, turns it over once and then stops playing may still fall under that monthly threshold. The 1x on the cashback itself does not satisfy it if the sums are small.

If a Monday claim is refused

A refused or missed rebate claim follows the same complaints path as any other dispute, and the path is short. Day-to-day questions go to the live chat widget or [email protected]; a formal complaint goes to [email protected] with the username, registered email, dates and a written account of what happened, and the operator promises an outcome from its Complaints Resolution Committee within 10 days (1).

After that the terms offer no regulator. Unresolved complaints are directed to a review portal’s public complaint form rather than to a licensed adjudicator (2), which means the leverage behind a rebate dispute is reputational rather than legal.

Evidence is therefore worth keeping. A screenshot of the chat transcript showing the claim was made inside the Monday hours is the only record a player will have that the request happened at all, and the burden of proving it sits squarely on the account holder.

Where the rebate programme falls short

Three structural weaknesses run through both schemes, and none of them is about the percentages.

The first is that the better of the two offers is the one that requires manual action in a narrow window, which inverts the usual relationship between value and friction. The second is that the daily scheme’s eligibility depends on criteria the operator does not publish, so a player cannot work out whether chasing level 3 is worth the deposits it would take. The third is governance rather than product: Golisimo publishes no licence number, no operating company and no regulator anywhere on its site, so a disputed rebate has no external adjudicator behind it beyond the complaint form the terms point at (2).

We do not recommend counting the 25% live cashback as part of a bankroll plan, because it is void unless a player asks for it by hand inside a single 18-hour window each Monday. Treat it as a refund that sometimes arrives, claim it when the reminder fires, and never stake Sunday’s session on the assumption that a quarter of the losses are coming back.

For the daily scheme the weaker but fairer criticism is simply that it is invisible to new accounts. A promotion page that advertises 15% to a reader who is structurally ineligible for any rebate at all is doing marketing work rather than informing, even though every individual number on it is accurate.

Questions readers ask

Who qualifies for Golisimo daily cashback?

Only levels 2 through 5 of the VIP ladder, and only after enrolment. New accounts sit at level 1 and receive no daily rebate.

How is the daily rebate calculated?

Real-money casino stakes less real winnings over the same day. Anything staked from a bonus balance is left out of both halves.

When is daily cashback credited?

Credit posts once a day, at 04:00 UTC, covering the day before, provided enrolment is live and the account sits above level 1.

Does live cashback arrive automatically?

No. Someone has to ask for it, in chat or by mail, during Monday’s 18-hour window. Nothing is credited on its own.

What wagering applies to cashback?

Wagering is 1x on both schemes, against 30x on reloads, 35x on the welcome cash and 40x on free-spin winnings.

Is there a minimum rebate payment?

Yes. The daily scheme pays nothing below €1, and the live scheme pays nothing below €5 of calculated entitlement.

How much can a level 5 account receive?

Up to €400 a day from the daily scheme at 15%, plus up to €200 a week from live losses at 25%.

Does the cashback opt-in need repeating?

Yes. Enrolment lapses on a four-week cycle, and only accounts still playing when it lapses are signed up again automatically.

Where do these cashback figures come from?

Figures come from the operator’s public promotion feed, queried 27 October 2026, checked line by line against terms version 1.12.
